Teen Fitness


Our popular after-school fitness classes (led by experienced trainers, Graham Frith and Christina Dotson) give teens the opportunity to improve their fitness, strength, coordination and agility - all while generating some feel good endorphins!

Workouts include: Blaze Pods, Spinning, Circuits, Kickboxing and Yoga for athletes. Suitable and adjusted for ALL fitness levels.

Classes take place at the gym on Tuesdays and Thursdays, 4.00- 5.00pm, for 4 weeks beginning February 28th.

$160 per person, or $210 with healthy snacks!
