COVID-19 POLICIES

Your wellbeing is of paramount importance to us. We are committed to the highest level of hygiene and have strict protocols in place to make sure that we can all navigate COVID-19 together in the safest possible way. Our policies and procedures are outlined below and you can always contact us for reassurance too.

WATERFRONT WELLNESS COVID-19 POLICIES

 

AIR QUALITY:

We have increased airflow throughout all our spaces: the offices, gym facility, nutrition clinic, Miles Market & Harry’s Restaurant & Bar. UV-C lights have been installed in the air handlers of each air handler to provide an extra level of protection.

ROUTINE PROTOCOLS:

Face masks will be optional from April 1st 2022.

Hand sanitizer is available in all common spaces, the gym, nutrition office, Miles Market, Harry’s Restaurant and all other stores.

Contact tracing via swipe access for all office spaces and the gym.

GYM FACILITY:

First and foremost, we are following all guidelines for Gyms set out by the Government here. Highlights are as follows:

Re travel, please follow government guidelines.

All members must use their own key fob to access the gym for contact tracing purposes. If someone else lets you into the gym, you must still swipe your fob at the entrance for contact-tracing purposes.

From April 1st, masks will become optional.

Upon arrival, you must sanitize your hands and collect a viricide spray from reception. You must use the spray on all equipment both before and after use. Sprays must also be used in the showers, before and after use. Shower and towels are available at this time.

All classes are also livestream on Zoom so everyone is able to participate even if you need to stay home.

HARRY’S RESTAURANT & BAR:

At Harry’s we’re carefully following all policies set in place by the Government here (indoor and outdoor dining) and here (takeout). We take all contact details for tracing purposes and our staff follow hygiene protocols diligently.

MILES MARKET:

At Miles, as per Government policy here (retail) and here (takeout/buffet), all customers must wear a mask and use hand-sanitizer when shopping at Miles. Our staff follow all protocols for the safest shopping experience. As in all our spaces at The Waterfront, we have UV-C lights installed in the air ducts to optimise healthy airflow throughout the store. If you are more comfortable, you are welcome to shop online!

PW MARINE, VINEYARD VINES & WATERFRONT MAN:
