Plan to Eat!

This is our favourite tool for sharing and archiving all our healthy recipes in one easy place. Once we’re connected on Plan to Eat, you can save our recipes to your profile and add others you like from other websites. Then all you have to do is drop recipes into a meal planner and Plan to Eat will make a shopping list for you. There’s an App so you can check items off your list as you shop. Some people just use the recipe archive, some people use the whole thing. Either way - enjoy!

To sign up, go to https://www.plantoeat.com/hi/WaterfrontWellness, watch the intro video and sign up for a free account. Add us as a friend via our username “Waterfront Wellness”. Once we have accepted your request, we will be connected and you can view our recipes. Either browse and print, or save them to your own collection.

Cost: Plan to Eat is free for 30 days. You don’t need to enter any card details upfront. After 30 days you can decide if you want to keep your account, after which it is $4.99 a month.

Tip: If you don’t think you will keep your account, just print off all the recipes you like the look of before your 30-day trial is up!
